Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you confident in your purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work on our skid steer attachments.

30-Day Returns You can return an attachment within 30 calendar days of delivery if it isn't the right fit. To qualify, the item must be:

· Unused and not installed

· In original condition and packaging

· Complete with all hoses, couplers, bits, hardware, and documentation

Attachments that have been mounted, used, or modified are not eligible for return. If there's a defect, it's covered under our Warranty Policy instead.

Get Return Authorization First (RMA) Please contact us before sending anything back. We'll issue a return authorization and shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender.

Return Shipping & Fees Because we ship free, a return isn't free to reverse. The following are deducted from your refund:

· Our original outbound freight cost (what we actually paid to ship the item to you)

· Return freight, if we arrange it for you

You're welcome to arrange your own return freight — we recommend a tracked, insured LTL service.

Refunds After we receive and inspect the returned attachment, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Refunds cover the product price only, less the deductions above. Shipping and any service charges are not refundable once incurred.

Exchanges Need a different size or model? An exchange is handled as a return plus a new order: return the original item (subject to the terms above) and place a new order for the replacement. This keeps things clean and gets your new attachment moving as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

· Freight damage: follow the inspect-before-signing steps in our Shipping Policy and report it within 48 hours.

· Defects: these are handled under our Warranty Policy.

Your Responsibility in Transit Until we receive and inspect it, a returned attachment is your responsibility. Secure it on a skid and insure it — damage during return transit can reduce your refund.
