Warranty Policy

Every True North attachment is built by our manufacturing partner, Pabreak, and backed by a 1-year limited warranty.

What's Covered For 1 year from the delivery date, we warrant our attachments to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Coverage includes:

· Structural frame and welds

· Hydraulic cylinders

· Hydraulic motors

If a covered part is found defective, we will repair or replace it.

How to Make a Claim

1. Stop using the attachment as soon as you notice a problem — running it anyway can turn a small issue into a major one, which isn't covered.

2. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

3. Send photos or video of the problem and the overall attachment. Photo documentation is required — we can't process a claim without it.

Many issues can be solved by phone or email, saving you downtime on the job.

Warranty Parts & Shipping We cover standard ground or LTL freight on warranty parts and replacements shipped within Canada. Expedited or express freight can be arranged at your expense.

Hydraulic Cylinders & Motors — Do Not Disassemble Do not take apart a cylinder or hydraulic motor — disassembly voids that component's warranty. Submit a claim first. Defective units are exchanged after they're returned and inspected: if confirmed defective, we cover the replacement's shipping; if found non-defective, return shipping and/or the replacement cost is the customer's responsibility.

Hoses, Couplers & Fitment Attachments ship with hoses and standard flat-face couplers sized for typical machines. Because every machine is plumbed differently, we can't guarantee exact hose length or coupler match for every model — adjusting hose length and ensuring proper, snag-free routing is the operator's responsibility. Damage from poor routing, pinching, crushing, or mismatched couplers is not covered.

What's Not Covered (Exclusions)

· Normal wear items: teeth, tines, cutting edges, blades, chains, auger bits, drum scrapers, pins, bushings, and similar consumables

· Damage from misuse, overloading, impact, or operating beyond your machine's rated hydraulic flow or pressure

· Bent or broken parts from abuse or striking immovable objects

· Modifications or repairs not authorized by True North Attachments

· Improper hydraulic hookup or contaminated hydraulic fluid

· Rust, paint, and cosmetic wear

· Routine maintenance

· Labour, installation, and on-site service (this warranty covers parts)

Your Legal Rights This limited warranty is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, including Quebec's legal warranty. Nothing in this policy removes those rights.
